Cosmetics store

Being Christmas time my partner knows how much I love LUSH, he wanted to get me something from a store I love. He walked in and was asked if he needed any help, he requested a bit of help as he wanted to surprise me and get me something different to what I usually get. The lady who offered help asked him who he was shopping for, My partner told her who he was shopping for and told her he was happy to go with what ever she recommended as long as it did not contain lavender as I am severely allergic to lavender. I open my one of my gifts from him today being a Christmas candy box and pull out the little card thing that tells you what’s in the box and have a read, to my surprise I read that the snow man bath bomb contains lavender oil and that resulted in me having an allergic reaction upon opening the box, I understand that mistakes happen and sometimes it’s hard to know what’s in every product and every gift box, but I feel like there is a lack of care or maybe a little bit more training was needed. I love LUSH but it caused me to spend Christmas Day recovering from an allergic reaction rather than spending it with my family and friends.

I’ve tried the Arabian line with wonderful spicy smell of cinnamon. You only need a tiny squeeze of the products and it will take you a long way! The products are natural which is critical for me and made locally with the great sustainability idea behind the brand. My kids were fighting me to try the lotion and were loving the scent as well!I’m pleased someone had the wonderful idea of reuse and waste minimisation in beauty care! Fully support that!!!

Such a sad store to go into these days. Carpets are worn down in large areas through to the flooring underneath, cables are duct taped to the ground to prevent trip hazards. Change rooms are extremely worn and unclean, and the pay points are confusing. Taking an online item back the other day, I was sent to five different areas before finding someone who could help. Terrible shame as the shopping centre is an outstanding facility, unfortunately David Jones just didn’t keep up.

Accolades to Skyla who gave my grandaughter an awesome tutorial today. Such a passionate makeup artist we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much she is a great asset to your company!

Purchased the full Nail polish kit.Excellent service and communication and received the kit quickly and as described.I do a lot of carpentry work and only polish one nail. I was getting tired of it chipping on a daily basis. Since purchasing Glossy Boys polish about 6 weeks ago I've only had to reapply once (and that was because my nail bed had grown and I needed to touch up).I'm really impressed with the product and would definitely recommend.

The ladies at Your Colours are professional and passionate about styling and nothing makes them happier than having happy clients. They are knowledgeable in helping you dress for your body shape and identify the best colour tones to wear so your face and eyes appear brighter. Their make up is even categorised into different seasons so once you learn your season you can also identify the best colours for you when shopping for cosmetics. I took a photo of my colour swab so I have it on me at all times now when I'm browsing for clothes in case I forget my actual swab. This helps me with my clothes selections as I hold it against what I want to buy and pick the shade and tone closest to my colours. I highly recommend this service.
